Late winter and early spring are high-risk times in this area. No leaves to block the sun, sun dries out the fallen leaves, nothing has greened over yet

Good thing we have forestry crews🙄

Looks like someone was burning when they shouldn't have been! Dry and windy is a bad concoction!

Every where today. It’s nuts . It always happens to the other guy till you are the other guy.🙄

Bennett Reichard West Flaharty

Someone being asshole burning with it this dry come governed do what right make it that if you burn you get fined it high red flag.

ARE WE EVER EXCITED ABOUT THIS!!! Yesterday was National Pet day. Yesterday the Hellam Township Supervisors also unanimously voted 5-0 we could move forward with a K-9 program. After a lot of research and planning we decided this would be the best for our department. Most of the credit goes to Officer Carpenter who got this started. There has been a lot accomplished already but we still need YOUR HELP to make this a successful implementation.

We feel a K-9 will help us be more effective as a police department. Some of the main areas a K-9 can help are; officer safety, public relations, criminal apprehension, tracking and detecting drugs.

A K-9 program can be very financial straining. Luckily, we have a lot of good people who want to help us! We still need a little more help to get this program up and running. Please share this post and visit www.gofundme.com/f/hellam-pd-k9?teamInvite=aodIC0H6LrscuGbiJu5eeEbct4M12E0paAgy1tlILIc2KbZyhRQQ2c...

We have joined Neighbors!

Your Ring Neighborhood just got a whole lot stronger.

We're excited to announce that the Hellam Township Police Department has joined Neighbors! While this app will not be monitored by law enforcement 24/7, Hellam Township can now view, post, and respond to crime and safety related information posted on the Neighbors app. We can also submit video requests to help with active investigations in your area. We feel by working together we can make the communities we serve safer.

Please remember: for emergency situations always call 911.

WHY IN THE HELL YOU DOING 70 IN A 55 AND ROAD WORK IS 45 AND LESS I THINK YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR PRIVILEGE TAKEN AWAY

I’m guessing traffic was stopped and someone or someone’s didn’t? Folks this is why it is so important , if traffic is all the sudden stopped on a high speed roadway like this, if you are the last vehicle, GET THOSE HAZARD LIGHTS ON!! (Aka 4 way flashers) I myself am a truck driver, I’m on the roads every single day, traffic starts to come to a stop, those hazard lights go on to not only warn the vehicles behind me, but the tractor trailers that are coming up behind you also at full sleep, they are higher and can see me over your vehicle. Remember TURN THOSE HAZARDS ON. It could save someone’s life or yours.

I see horrible driving everyday on that road from mt zion to Greenfield road. Slow the hell down!

People slow down. Hope all are ok.

Rt 30 speedway strikes again..I can be going 70, which is already 15 over, and I’m still getting passed like I’m sitting still.

Prayers to whom were involved

Prayers everyone is ok

Still will never understand how people wreck on a straight road

Stay safe.

🙏

So what happened

Well I guess he won't be partying tomorrow and he will be bringing in the New year in jail

I came thru there half hour ago and saw nothing.

I wanna know how this happened

GPS said left turn now??

Joseph Allen Writerr

Laramie tell you the details from what I see in this photo. Dodged a pot hole, Rammed it off the road, didn’t see the ditch Cummin. Def enough to make your Big Horn shrink up.

Drinking and driving. Tisk tisk. Hope he spends the New Year in jail
